Upper Michigan Mesh Network
The Upper Michigan Mesh Network, also know as UP Mesh, or Upper Meshigan Network, is a decentralized, off-grid, end to end fully encrypted, wireless text messaging mesh network that uses LoRa (Long Range Radio) RF Technology to cover long distances with very little power without the need for internet connectivity, cellular carriers, or satellite services.
This system uses the Industrial, Scientific, and Medical band (ISM) with 1 Watt or less of effective radiated power (ERP). There is no requirement for licensing there is no service fee’s or charges other than buying the equipment to get you started and using this service.
